Commenting on the launch of the fair, Mr Takeshi Asai, Chairman of the Japan Foundry Society, Inc., said: “The fact that Foundry Tech + Expo 2026, Japan's first specialised trade fair dedicated to foundry products and services, is just around the corner is a huge step for our sector. Keynote presentations to highlight developments across major manufacturing industries
Across three days event, the fair will welcome professionals from foundries as well as the automotive, machinery and construction equipment industries, providing opportunities for business discussions, networking and knowledge exchange. Four keynote presentations will be held over the first two days, featuring leading experts from across the manufacturing sector.
The programme will explore the latest developments and outlook for key industries, including construction machinery, commercial vehicles and agricultural machinery. Additional sessions will address DX, GX, manufacturing using 3D simulation, foundry technologies for reducing CO₂ emissions, and the development of sustainable supply chains, offering practical insights into addressing industry challenges and creating new value.
Exhibitor presentations to showcase the latest technologies and solutions
Exhibitors will present their latest technologies, products, services and approaches to addressing industry challenges through the Exhibitor Presentation programme. A total of 13 presentations will be held over 9 – 10 September, in the exhibition hall’s seminar area within the exhibition hall. All sessions are free of charge and do not require advance registration.
The fair will be held alongside Thermotec 2026 – The 9th International Exhibition on Industrial Furnaces, Thermal Processing and Related Equipment, Asia's largest international trade fair for industrial furnaces, thermal processing technologies and related equipment. Visitors can access both exhibitions with a single visitor badge.
